7 characteristics of a good interviewer
You need to be confident.
You need to be a gracious host.
You need to explain what you can in the body of the question without going on and on.
You need to make the person you're interviewing comfortable and put them at ease.
You need to have eye contact with the person you are interviewing and not the camera.
You can't use yes or no questions.
You need to have a good posture.
