7 characteristics of a good interviewer.
1.Friendly smile
2.Speak with confidence
3.Listen to their answers so you can ask follow up questions as you go
4.Make the person feel comfortable
5.Sit up straight
6.Sound and Feel confident
7.No stuff ups
