7 CArrots of a good interviewer

1) Don't use yes or no questions
2)Sit up straight
3)use a different tone for different questions
4)Use a clear voice
5)Look at the person not the camera
6)Know about the person you are interviewing
7)Be friendly and nice to the person you are interviewing
